How will my order be shipped?
How much does shipping cost?
Customer has to enter the address along with country and zip or postal code on “Information” page and click on “Continue to Shipping” for calculating the actual shipping cost based on your shipping destination and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order.
When will I receive my order?
What is your shipping policy?
All orders received before 8am PST, will be dispatched on the same day using Standard shipping service. Orders received post the cut-off will not be eligible for overnight shipping and will ship the Next business day.
It is the responsibility of the customer to read all the terms and conditions before placing an order. Deliveries may be delayed if we do not have the correct contact details for you. We ship with FedEx standard shipping, if your address is in a remote location as specified by FedEx, there can be delays. For critical shipping needs, please contact us before placing the order. Refund Policy
Eligibility Conditions :
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all accessories (if any).
- Defective or damaged items may be exchanged, repaired or refunded at our discretion for the same model.
- PROAIM can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If the payment was made by a bank transfer, the refund bank transfer will be issued immediately after we receive the product.
- Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 to 3 business days after the delivery of the merchandise.
